How we handle your data across all Donbrico products.

Donbrico is committed to protecting your privacy. All Donbrico Chrome and Edge extensions store data locally on your device. This website does not use analytics, cookies, or any tracking scripts.
None. All profile data is stored locally in Chrome's storage on the user's device. No data is transmitted to any server owned or operated by Donbrico.
Chrome's storage.local API, never chrome.storage.sync for sensitive data. Data remains on the device and is never uploaded.
If the user configures a Bring Your Own Key provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, or OpenRouter, their form context and relevant profile data is sent to that third-party provider. Donbrico is not responsible for the privacy practices of those providers. Gemini Nano (the default AI) runs entirely on-device.
storage (local profile), activeTab (detect forms on current tab), scripting (inject autofill button), host_permissions (work on any website the user visits).

When you use the AI reply generation feature, the text context (the field you're replying to), your selected tone, and any prompt or template variables are sent to your configured AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, or OpenRouter). If you use Gemini Nano (the default), all AI processing occurs on-device and nothing leaves your browser. Donbrico does not store, log, or process any AI requests.

The game itself does not collect personal data. Steam's own privacy policy governs any data collected through the Steam platform.
None. Your files are analyzed locally on your device. No document text, metadata, or analysis summaries are ever transmitted to Donbrico servers.
All indexed content, embeddings, and chat histories are stored locally in an encrypted database on your personal computer.
Local file system access (to read selected documents and save reports).
Deleting your project folder or uninstalling the app permanently removes all local databases and indexes.
None. Receipt scanning, text recognition, and category matching run fully in-process offline on your computer. Financial data is never shared.
All OCR transactions, receipt paths, and budgeting summaries are stored locally in a local SQLite file.
Local OCR runs 100% offline. If you connect external models for advanced categorizations, the metadata is processed securely via that provider.
File read/write access (to load receipt scans and write Excel sheets).
Uninstalling the desktop application clears all local expense records.
None. All audio files, video files, and voice recordings are processed in-process using local Whisper engines. Your voice data is never sent to the internet.
Meeting transcripts, speaker tags, and summarized text are saved inside the local Vault database on your computer.
Whisper transcription runs completely offline. If you choose external models for summarizing transcripts, only the text content is shared with that provider.
Audio hardware access (microphone recording) and file read/write permissions.
Deleting a meeting from your local vault or uninstalling the app permanently purges the transcript data.
No analytics, no cookies, no tracking scripts. The website is a static HTML site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. No forms, no user accounts, no data collection of any kind.
